Qalidès – Terrers del Penedès (Terroirs of the Penedès) is an association formed by 9 wine makers from the Penedès region (Albet i Noya, Augustus-Fòrum, Can Ràfols dels Caus, Gramona, Huguet de Can Feixes, Jané Ventura, Jean Leon, Mas Comtal and Torres) who share the same philosophy of carefully hand-made wines, and who express their unrestricted passion for research into quality and respect for the environment.
On the forthcoming date of 29th May, the very first Qalidès – Terrers del Penedès Passport Ceremony will take place at 13:00 hours at Sant Martí Sarroca Castle. This act is the first formal edition of the Annual Qalidès Recognition ceremony, in which 9 enterprises or people shall be recognised for their social or professional endeavours.
To mark the occasion, the collective known as Penedès Fogons shall prepare an exclusive menu matched to the new vintages of the best wines from the producers of Qalidès – Terrers del Penedès. |
