El Rocallís 2004 gets highest score from Jancis Robinson
The acclaimed British wine advocate, Jancis Robinson, gives El Rocallís 2004 a score of 17.5 out of a possible 20: the highest scoring of all of the Spanish white wines presented at the New Wave Spanish Wine Awards for 2010 in London.

Jancis Robinson's tasting note is as follows:
"An Italian crossing of Riesling and Pinot Blanc. I wonder how it found its way here? Note the age. Mid honey colour, yeasty apply notes – smells like a 'natural' wine. Very interesting with only a little bit of sourness on the end. Intriguing and very satisfying. Really well balanced. I can't see any Riesling really but this has evolved very convincingly. Really interesting. 13%
